LETISHA MARIE SANDERS was born on February 14, 1975, to parents, Lois Cole and Willie Cole in Indianapolis, IN, and went home to God on Thursday, September 16th, 2021. Letisha, better known as "Tish," went home to be with the Lord at the early age of 46 years old. She was preceded in death by: her father, Willie Cole, and great-nephew, Shaine McBrady, Jr. Letisha leaves two children, Lateryae J. Wilson and Diondrae J. Rice, and grandson, Trezdon D. Seward. Jr. Letisha accepted Christ as her Lord and savior at the early age of seven years old. She attended True Vine Missionary Baptist Church. Later in life, Tish attended Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and was a member of the Committee. Tish's passion was to become a beautician, and she turned her dreams into reality! Tish became licensed through Kay's Beauty School/College in 1996. Tish was so determined to become her own entrepreneur. She worked hard by taking on the role of salon manager at Great Clips and Textures Beauty Salons. As she followed her dreams, Tish became business owner of her own salon in 2019, while continuing to expand her goals by creating her own lip gloss line called Sugar By Letisha in 2020! Tish led a lip gloss class for young divas, teaching them how to make their very own lip gloss, so they could become their own entrepreneurs one day. She didn't just stop there! She took a class and became licensed in body contouring and sculpting in 2021. Tish's passion was loving on her children and grandson. Tish also had a passion for shopping and traveling the world as a token to herself for all of her hard work and achievements. Tish loved her family and friends abundantly! Letisha leaves to cherish her precious memories: her daughter, LaTeryae J. Wilson; son, Diondrae J. Rice; grandson, Trezdon D. Seward. Jr.; her sister, Shayla M. Sanders; her brother, Kemu D. Sanders, Sr.; her nieces, Danisa M. Drane and Kemyauna D. Sanders; her nephews, Duane M. Drane and Kemu D. Sanders, Jr.; her godsons, Aro J. Benson and Kevin Milliner; and a host of other siblings, aunties, uncles, and nieces.
