JAMES HENRY MARTINDALE

James Henry Martindale was born on March 25, 1962, to Henry Martindale and Narvelee B. Martindale. He lived on the center side of Indianapolis, Indiana Crosstown. He attended #110 Julian D. Coleman Grade School, Arsenal Tech High School, and later was offered a scholarship to Herron School of Art. James was a sharp dresser who loved to draw and was very artistic. He loved family. He also confessed a belief in Jesus. James was given the name "RayRay" because he was a true definition of a fighter. He had an inborn health condition that started from a young age. He fought all the way to his last breath.

RayRay leaves to cherish his memories: aunts, Dorothy Appleton and Maxine McWilliams; brothers Dennis Brown (Cheryl); sister, Shantele Martindale; nephews, Kenneth Martindale Mcgill, Deshawn Brown, and Robert Wilkins , Jr.; nieces, Aesha Bailey and Shantone Martindale (Mook Mook); cousins, Barbara Jean Brown, George McWilliams, Frank Rives, and Charles Martindale; and a host of many family and friends/ James "RayRay" Martindale was preceded in death by father, Henry Martindale (September 5, 2007); mother, Narvlee Martindale (May 29, 2020); and sister, Karen Y. Brown (February 26, 2014).
