Mrs. Odeana May Caulder was born August 12th, 1942, at General Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Thomas Bostic and Willa Mae Tyler. Taught by her father the importance of people, she had a close family of four brothers, James, Kenneth, and Tyrone Bostic, and Gary Hailey, and two sisters, Annette Barnett and Rosemary Bostic. Coming from an industrious family, Mrs Caulder was conscientious, working at Greens, a Jewish Restaurant, the VA Hospital, and The United States Postal Service from which she retired. She had love interests and was loved by many, marrying Joe Williams. She had four children, Eve Jones, Joe Williams, Elel Williams, and Sonia Garnett. Having many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as friends who were claimed as family, she left an impression on others. Her father had many good traits which were passed down to all of us. One of the dominant traits that are evident in our family was/is exemplified by her mindset. When she had her mind set to do something, she was going to do it. Likewise, her strong will and determination live on in all of us.
